At-Home Dizziness (Vertigo) Assessment

At-home assessment for sudden dizziness complaints that may be ear-related.

Sudden-onset dizziness (vertigo) can seriously disrupt daily life and often strikes at the most inconvenient moment. Ear-related balance issues can be suitable for an initial at-home assessment.

During the examination, the nature, duration and accompanying symptoms of the dizziness are reviewed to assess whether it's ear-related.

Who this is suitable for

  • Sudden-onset dizziness with a spinning sensation
  • Balance complaints that worsen with head movement and may be ear-related
  • Vertigo with nausea but no loss of consciousness

When this isn't suitable

  • Dizziness accompanied by slurred speech or weakness in the face or arm
  • Sudden, severe headache accompanying loss of balance
  • Episodes involving loss of consciousness or fainting
  • Dizziness accompanied by chest pain or shortness of breath

How the process works

  1. Share your complaint

Send your complaint and the address for the visit by phone or WhatsApp.

  2. Your visit is scheduled

Once availability is confirmed, your home visit is scheduled directly — no pre-assessment or waiting process.

  3. Examination at home

When needed, an assessment is carried out in your environment using a portable endoscopic imaging system.
